Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies. 

On today's episode, I share how I had some fear and nerves when I went into the podcast studio.  When I am able to identify fear, I am able to love myself out of it.  I have come to see life in two states, fear and love.

The foundation of my business is to resonate in a state of LOVE and SELF LOVE.  Which is always a work in progress.  I want to share a bit more about how I got here, as I was resonating all too well with the fear and had to do some deep work to find my path to loving myself.
