The Self Love Peddler Show | Season 1 | Episode 4 - Mosaic Mindset feat. Tess DeMann

Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies.  

Today let’s welcome Tessa DeMann to the show.

Tessa is a recent graduate from an all-girls private school in New York City and is 18-years old.  She will be attending UC Berkeley and studying Society & Environment. Tessa shares that from a young age she realized her passion for Environmental and Social Justice and have been pursuing community change since she can remember. 

At 16 she started a small business, Sani-Fani Naturals, a sustainable hygiene company committed to ending micro-plastic pollution in marine environments.  Tessa shares that “Being raised in a female dominated household with a huge emphasis on self-love and expression.  Her mother, a former Ford model, wanted to give us the opportunity to love our bodies unconditionally, an opportunity she wasn’t so lucky to have in the modeling industry.  With these values instilled in me, and with a real commitment to a positive mindset, I am my most successful self and hope to share that with other women of all ages and backgrounds.”

Today Sophie and Tessa discuss how Tessa stays open, curious and confident in her young body and spirit, while discussing the “ideal” body type and where we pick up these embedded ideas and expectations.

Sophie is a Certified Life Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, who is born and raised in NYC.  She is paving the way to self love for women and shows others how to connect to your highest self.
