Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies. 

This week I am beyond excited to introduce you to someone who is a miracle, someone who is an integral part of this world and who you are so lucky to connect with.  That person is YOU.

On today’s episode, we are going to learn a way to reconnect with your physical self through conscious, compassionate, self loving, mirror work.  There is peace, joy, and magic in this work. I invite you to join me and face yourself.  Stop running from the glory that is you, today, as you are, in this moment. 

We cannot give what we don’t have.  This work is not selfish or indulgent.  This work guides you to tap into the boundless resource of love so that you can share it with the world.

Are you ready to start seeing and loving yourself?  Are you ready to open the door to knowing yourself.  Are you ready to Flourish and Fly™? 

We have been bombarded by images and industries telling us that we are not enough.  We will be bombarded today, I guarantee it! We must be as diligent with our self love as are the forces working against us.  Here we chose to band together and be fearless and unapologetic with our self love.

This is POWER and this is PEACE.
