Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies. 

On today’s episode, I go deeper into the season of life where I had no knowledge of self. I did not know who I was or who I wanted to become.  After going through a dry season and not touching alcohol, I made the decision to become inebriated at one of my first shows for the new band I had joined.  At this phase, the alcohol was social lubricant for me and continued this dance with alcohol off and on through the years, I felt like I became Jekyll and Hyde.

Fast forward, after faking my togetherness I made the knee jerk decision to change my life trajectory and move back to New York City and pursue a career in residential real estate, at this phase of my life I was chasing the money.

Now, I truly understand what it means to follow your passion and what sparks you, when you do this life blossoms in every way and you begin to feel satisfied.

Sophie is a Certified Life Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, who is born and raised in NYC.  She is paving the way to self love for women and shows others how to connect to your highest self.
