Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies. 

On today’s episode, I share about the time in my life when I had a deep feeling of being less than and not fitting in.  I had all of this self confidence and was confident in a social setting, but deep down to my bones, I felt like I did not fit in.  

It was like I was separated from myself, because who I showed up as vs. who I was on the inside was very different.  I had a great divide with who I was and it was an internal struggle that I would release in the form of anger and fear.  This is what led the early onset of alcohol abuse, I would take a swig out of the bottle and this feeling would come over me and I use to think, I love this feeling and want to feel this way for the rest of my life.
