Welcome to the SELF LOVE PEDDLER SHOW!  This podcast is for all the women who are struggling with self love and body image.  Sophie aka The Self Love Peddler believes that the only way to end women's cycle of body shaming, judgement, and self loathing is through a common pact and plan to change the way we collectively think about our bodies and the bodies of those around us. 

The show is unplanned, unscripted, funny and honest; while having conversations about the relationships we have with our bodies. 

When you look in the mirror are you leading with an open heart and love for yourself? In this episode I do deep mirror work by reenacting a full self love body scan. 

Woven with humor and family stories (see below) this episode will put a smile on your face and help you open your heart to the one of a kind, limited edition, perfectly imperfect body that is yours.

My great grandmother called her breasts Tilly and Annie, so all the women in my family refer to our breasts as Tilly and Annie when breasts are discussed. 

When my nephew George asked me if I had a name for my vagina, as a joke I told him it was Consuela.  As I am his auntie and not his mother, he gets away with being a little more naughty with me.  He often asks me how Consuela is doing.  This is followed by loads of chuckling.  It never actually occurred to me to name my vagina, the joke just slipped out.  I have a feeling this fake tidbit will be the one remembrance that follows my name for generations to come. 

“You had a great great great grandmother named Sophie.  She named her vagina Consuela”.  Future McCallum Women will have Tilly, Annie and Consuela.  Self Love Peddling won’t make the history books but somehow my nephews will make sure everyone knows that one summer day I decided to name my vagina Consuela.  We can’t control the future.
